Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100. Orders under $100 are subject to a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout. Expedited and overnight shipping options are available at checkout.

Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–7 business days. Expedited shipping typically arrives within 2–3 business days.

International Shipping
ExoMD ships to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@exomd.com and we will make it right.
